Due to damage to the roof of a residential complex, not visible from the ground, an inspection was requested by drone to identify areas where some tiles had fallen. The client requested aerial photographs to identify and assess the damage, as they are faster and cheaper than other methods of inspection.
The operation involved the acquisition, through a drone, of zenithal photographs of the roof of entire building. From the photographs acquired, it was possible to recognize suddenly the areas in which the roof covering materials were damaged or unsafe. In this way, the client has had a photographic support available to assess the extent of damage, avoiding long inspections and presenting a request for repair with more details.
